(Free-Press-Release.com) September 12, 2011 -- Cary, NC – The International Society of Diversity and Inclusion Professionals (ISDIP), the first global comprehensive association for the diversity and inclusion field, spanning all industries and sectors, is proud to co-sponsor the upcoming Global Organization for Leadership and Diversity (GOLD) symposium, “Turning Strategy into Action Though 3Cs: Creativity, Collaboration and Connection.”

To be held at the Tokyo American Club Japan on Friday, October, 28, 2011, this collaborative Japan/U.S. initiative will bring together influential global leaders who will share their insights into business advantages gained through the execution of the Diversity & Inclusion strategy and to offer the “3C” skills required to be successful 21st-century innovative leaders. Turning Strategy into Action Through 3Cs follows first three previously successful symposia held in Los Angeles and Tokyo.

This year’s exciting event will offer a full day of educational programs, interactive seminars, and keynote speakers addressing “Bridge Buildings” from three points of view: 1) Leadership, 2) Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion, and 3) Business and Economic Opportunities. Speakers will include Kiyoshi Kurokawa, MD, MACP, FRCP (London), Professor at the Graduate Research Institute for Policy Sciences, and Susan H. Roos, Wife of U.S. Ambassador to Japan John V. Roos, Employment Attorney.

The symposium attendees, including business, academic, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial women and men leaders who value international collaboration and wish to expand their networks, will have the opportunity to:
