itSM Solutions Announces its Content as a Service (CaaS) Licensing Program

itSM Solutions offers enterprises and 3rd party IT service providers the ability to launch their own co-branded or white label multi-venue ITIL V3 training program without the expense and headaches of building their own ITIL V3 training content. Accredited by CSME, delivery formats include:

•Classroom or Online Webinar Classroom Training – Delivered in a classroom or virtual classroom by an accredited ITSM instructor that can be supplied by itSM or training partner.

•Online Self-Paced Streaming Video Classroom Training – Delivered in an online self-paced streaming video format. This on demand program includes video instructor lectures, online student courseware and online ITIL Expert mentoring services delivered via our Linkedin community My itSM Mentoring Community. Partners also have the option to set up their own mentoring community.

•Blended Classroom Training - Delivered in a classroom or online classroom using a highly optimized delivery and management model. This unique delivery model enables training coordinators to minimize class delivery expenses (instructor, travel etc.) by integrating accredited training videos into the classroom program. This blended learning training program not only reduces the overall delivery expense of a classroom program but also delivers value in terms of class preparation, content retention, exam preparation and accelerated adoption of ITSM within an enterprise. As with the classroom program, instructor services can be provided by itSM or partner.

Partnership Options
itSM licenses its content and services direct to enterprises and to IT service providers looking to offer co-branded or white label ITSM training solutions as part of their IT training and consulting portfolio. Partnership options include:

Enterprise Training Partner (ETP)

Enterprise and 3rd party service providers can leverage itSM's Accredited Training Organization (ATO) status to deliver ITIL classes to their client base as an Enterprise Training Partner (ETP). In this model itSM Solutions is responsible for delivering a turn-key training solution (instructor, courseware, exams) to the client. ETP's are responsible for providing student and scheduling information or assign responsibility for those services to itSM Solutions under a separate program management contract

Authorized Training Affiliate (ATA)

Enterprise and 3rd party service providers can leverage itSM’s Accredited Training Organization (ATO) status to deliver ITIL classes to their client base (internal or external) as an Authorized Training Affiliate (ATA). In this model itSM Solutions is responsible for all back office activities including content development and management, fees paid to the examination institute, managing the programs quality management system and instructor accreditation while the prospective ATA is responsible for supplying the instructor (internal or 3rd party contractor) along with ordering and managing the student examination process. ATA partners are required by APMG to acknowledge its partnership with itSM in all co-branding activities (books, datasheets, web site etc.).

Accredited Training Organization (ATO)

Enterprise and 3rd party service providers can leverage itSM’s courseware and online products to establish its own branded program in the ITSM marketplace. In this model itSM is responsible content development and management while the prospective ATO is responsible for fees paid to the examination institute, managing the programs quality management system, instructor accreditation and student examination process. ATO’s are free to use a white label version of the product and are not required to recognize the supplier of the content in any of their books (outside of a copyright/trademark page) literature or web sites.
