Certificate of Completion - Our course features a printable certificate of attendance once the student has met the course accrediation requirements. For ITIL, students must complete all the videos, read all of the course materials and scorean 80% of higher on all the module exams.
ITIL Exam Services - Students have the option to purchase direct from itSM Solutions ITIL certification exams that can be taken onsite with a certified proctor or online using a webcam to connect with a remote proctor. Upon successful completion, each student will receive ITIL Expert and PDU Credits for each exam passed..
