Jack London’s Cousin Signs Books, Dreaming for Peace

(Free-Press-Release.com) August 25, 2010 -- Boyd London was very saddened and upset after the terrorists’ attacks on September 11, 2001 in the United States, destroying the two World Trade Center towers in New York City. He wrote his novel Creeton following the calamity as he dreamed for peace. The famous author, Jack London, was his distant cousin. Dream Wanderer and Creeton will be at the Frankfurt Book Fair, October 6-10th, in Germany. The Frankfurt Book Fair is the world's largest book fair, based on the number of publishing companies represented.

Boyd sent a copy of Creeton to the movie star Meg Ryan, who read his book. She wrote that she hoped it would enlighten many of the people in the world. Multitudes of people were very saddened and upset after the terrorists’ attacks on September 11, and that motivated Boyd to write Creeton.
Many Idaho Newspapers are printing articles about Boyd and his books. The Times-News printed a story, and the Twin Falls, Idaho Library saw the article and purchased multiple copies of Boyd’s books for the library. Jack London would be happy.
Boyd is trying to get Creeton and Dream Wanderer into the accelerated reading program in middle schools and high schools. A 7th grade teacher, in New York City, is getting it approved to have the seventh grade students read Creeton and Dream Wanderer this fall. They are fun, very exciting books.
