James Beard House - Brothers Dinner

It is with great honor and a privilege to announce that Christophe Jean Ticarro “Duppy” of Skagway Brewing Co, Alaska and Christian Ticarro of Canyon Grille, MN will be going back to the prestigious James Beard House in New York City on Saturday, March 20th 2010. They have been asked by the Foundation to team up together - “Brothers at the Beard House” - and host a special wine dinner event.

The James Beard Foundation is a cause that is near and dear to their hearts, and to be asked to come back and step into the same kitchen as so many iconic chefs is truly an honor that humbles them both. Though they have had the good fortune of cooking at the Beard House many times before (March 2006, November 2006, May 2008), this will be a very special dinner this time around as they will be hosting as brothers.

Christophe has been working diligently in placing Skagway, AK on the culinary map with Alaska's bountiful ingredients paired with hand crafted brews from brew-master Trevor Clifford that are rank in the top 10 in Draft Magazine.

An open invitation to all of you who can find time in your busy schedule to come out to NYC that weekend to support the brothers and their culinary team(s).
