The Annual Talent to the Top Congress is being held November 8, 2011 in Amsterdam (The Netherlands).
This event is a not-for-profit event organized by “Talent to the Top” a Dutch National Taskforce with an aim to increase the percentage of talented individuals - especially talented women- who are recruited to, promoted to and retained in top management positions.

Janine recently spoke at the prestigious Business Women’s Network annual luncheon to a private audience of over 100 business women in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Australia.
The Talent to the Top Foundation (Stichting Talent naar de Top) was set up in 2008 by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science. Its mission is to establish a ‘healthy’ balance of men and women in the boards of Dutch organizations.

As an acclaimed keynote speaker, motivator and author, Janine has a very special point of difference.
