Jennifer Guistwite Waves Preliminary Hearing involving Hit & Run against Berks Technology Solutions Owner Matt Heckman

27 year old Jennifer Guistwite of Leesport, PA waived her preliminary hearing yesterday before District Judge Dean Patton relating to Hit and Run charges that caused Berks Technology Solutions Owner Matt Heckman a serious head injury.

An additional charge was added against Guistwite for Accidents Involving Death or Personal Injury along with Accidents Involving Property Damage, and driving a car on a suspended registration.

There were earlier questions out there if the death or personal injury charge would be filed, as there were several rumors coming from the internet, and The Berks County Bar Scene that Matt Heckman was faking those injuries. In our last report we mentioned that Matt Heckman did have evidence to back up what he was saying, but refused to go into any more detail. It seems that Matt Heckman was telling the truth.

The day after we spoke to Matt Heckman about the preliminary hearing last week, Matt Heckman was admitted into the hospital after the right side of his face went completely numb. Matt Heckman was in The Hospital for over 2 days recovering the use of his face. It was confirmed by Matt Heckman himself that his latest bout in The Hospital was connected to the concussion he sustained involving the Hit & Run accident.

When we approached Matt Heckman after the preliminary hearing yesterday, he would not go into detail about the criminal charges, other than to say it should quiet the immature club hoppers, and internet political hacks that were accusing him of faking his injuries. He did mention that he has regained 90% use of the right side of his face, and is still undergoing medical treatments to be whole again. In light of these injuries, we asked Matt Heckman if he would be well enough to attend the annual underground Tech Wars conference, in Provo, UT in December where he is known to give the most colorful and entertaining speeches at this event, and this was the following answer from Matt Heckman.

"I've done the Tech Wars keynote for quite a few years now, and it's the most passionate hard core tech conference I have ever participated in, as most of it's advertising is word of mouth. Everybody is cool there, the people are great, and I can promise you one way or another I will make the address even if I'm not medically cleared to attend physically, I will do this thing over the internet if I have to. Besides I'm recovering from one concussion, the last thing I need is to attempt to board a plane, and some TSA piece of garbage gives me a prostate concussion."
