When "Jesse" was asked what artists that inspired him to start writing music? His reply was that he was inspired by the band "America", he said that he always loved the way they harmonized vocally and instrumentally. "Jesse" stated that "Jon Bon Jovi" and "Rob Thomas" are his two favorite song writers as far as lyrics and styles goes. Jesse lopez feels strongly about music, "he feels that music should pass emotion and have people thinking a little more outside their box and range. "Jesse" writes about internal struggle and external hardships that will hopefully make things more relatable to others when listening to his music.

"Jesse" has always loved music, but he feels that music unity is his purist form. He says it makes him happy and excited when a great artist or band goes on stage and everyone in the room moves to the same rythm and sings the same words no matters who's standing next to them, but they all just feel the same sound.

Jesse Lopez has starred in several plays and short films taking on lead and supporting roles and was also voted best lead actor, best comedic actor, and best dramatic actor by the 2007 Basic High School Thespians and most talented in the graduating class of 2007. "Jesse" also recorded in studio with the bassist of KC and the sunshine band Richard Finch and he played two showcases in Beverly Hills at the Aqua Lounge,one for Jive records and one for Universal Records.

Jesse Lopez, recently performed in the "Vicious Records & Entertainments "2009 I Want To Be A Star" Showcase at The College Of Southern Nevada "Horn Theater". Jesse Lopez was ranked in the top five for best performances.
