Jim Rohrer Managing Partner of The Loyalty Partners, a Colorado-based consulting company whose passion is to assist organizations improve their performance wrote a book for both executives and employees—“Never Lose Your Job-Become a More Valuable Player” and “Improve Your Bottom Line-Develop MVP’s Today” is really two books in one! Rohrer says “it’s not about working harder or producing more, but identifying the core values of the work and moving forward in these areas”.
