Rotary Club of Denver West will feature consultant, author, speaker Jim Rohrer speaking on “Never Lose Your Job” –this Tuesday February 15th. Rotary Club of Denver West meets at 12 noon at the Rolling Hills Country Club in Golden.
Jim Rohrer Managing Partner of The Loyalty Partners, a Colorado-based consulting company whose passion is to assist organizations improve their performance wrote a book for both executives and employees—“Never Lose Your Job-Become a More Valuable Player” and “Improve Your Bottom Line-Develop MVP’s Today” is really two books in one! Rohrer says “it’s not about working harder or producing more, but identifying the core values of the work and moving forward in these areas”. The second book-focuses on how leadership can turn employees into MVP’s for their company. As Rohrer states, “MVP’s don’t get cut”. Companies and employees can prepare themselves for successful outcomes, even in times of economic challenges.
