Unique Customizable Activity-Based Weather Alerts[]

Malibu, CA — May 19, 2011 — JoeWeather.com announced release of their new targeted weather alerts feature.
In addition to activity-based weather alerts, users can now choose to also receive alerts specifically for high temperature, low temperature, maximum wind, and minimum wind.
Many Different Uses
These alerts have a multitude of uses.

Users may want to know when these weather conditions will fall within specific parameters to know when certain activities are preferred, or should be avoided.
Corporate accounts can make use of the customized forecasting as well. Alerts for high winds, high temperature, etc. may be necessary for planning work activities or maintaining worker safety. For example, OSHA now requires special considerations be given to avoid heat stroke when temperatures exceed 95 degrees.
How JoeWeather.com Works
JoeWeather.com proactively alerts the user to “Your Weather, Your Way” based upon temperature, wind, and other factors chosen by the user.

Using a proprietary Custom Forecasting Algorithm, JoeWeather.com sends email and/or text alerts to notify users when conditions are forecast that meet the user’s personal criteria.
