Johannes BreytenBach, a former Sales Executive for a major publishing company that is responsible for the BC and Alberta Hotel Associations and who has joined internet marketing powerhouse: Second Income Coach and Sisel International Health and Wellness Products. During the first meeting of the LOWER-MAINLAND-CHURCH-BUILDING-ASSOCIATION the minutes were read and approved by the previous board. The previous board members were dissolved and new board members were nominated and voted in.

During the board meeting on January 8th 2011 it was decided by the seven members of the board to place their trust in Johannes BreytenBach for taking the responsibility of serving the members to the next level. The world has experienced a financial crises during 2010 and Johannes together with the board will have the responsibility to re-evaluate the path of the building fund during this turbulent and unstable financial crises.

The LMCBA functions as a non profit Association with major responsibilities by investing the building fund in high growth areas with the least amount of risk.

With Johannes’ back ground in Sales and Marketing, the responsibility was placed on the shoulders of the President and Vice President (Johannes) to achieve the high goals and objectives that were laid down by the board for this Association.

Johannes suggested that we redraw a roadmap to financial success and each member was asked to complete a form to indictae the maximum percentage that can be used in a particulare market sector. A short meeting will be held on January 29th 2011 to vote on the final plan of action.

The first meeting came to a close at 4.00pm January 8th 2011 in Surrey BC Canada.
