John Hausam Realtors Recognized with "2011 Five Star Real Estate Agent Awards"

Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) March 17, 2011 -- The following local real estate leaders from ERA John Hausam Realtors were awarded 2011 Five Star Real Estate Agent Awards: BJ Lardizabal, Bruce Gibson, Ryan Treadway, Kat Morrissey, Bunny Blalack and Pam McKay.

Third party firm QMI Research administered a survey, by mail and phone, to all Oklahoma Metro area residents (Cleveland, Creek, Oklahoma, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington counties in the state of Oklahoma) who purchased a home over $100,000 (more than 35,000 households) within a 24 month period (September 2008 to September 2010) and 5,000 subscribers of Oklahoma Magazine.

Recent homebuyers and readers of Oklahoma Magazine had the opportunity to evaluate up to two real estate agents (buy and sell side), while Mortgage and Title Companies had the opportunity to evaluate up to three agents.

The Associates were chosen based upon nine criteria: customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, negotiation, closing preparation, finds the right home, marketing of home, and overall satisfaction.
