FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Seattle, Washington, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) February 22, 2011 -- When searching on the Internet for keywords relating to a medical condition, many people don't find what they're looking for because they don't know what to search for. That's why if you're looking for Joint Pain Relief, you should check out the new site at: www.jointpainreliefaids.com.

The owner of the site has just added a section explaining the differences between joint pain and muscle pain. This was necessary because when researching joint pain relief and joint supplements, she found that many people were mistakenly researching for " Joint muscle pain."

The problem is that joints and muscles are two very different things. Muscle pain is usually caused by over-exerting the muscle to the point of inflammation, or stretching it to far while bending or falling, causing a tear.

Muscle pain can be treated with ice, but joint pain relief needs to be handled very differently to not only reduce swelling, but also to replace important fluids in the joints that allow for ease of movement and are depleted in the body for a variety of reasons.

Both Muscle and Joint injuries can have these symptoms:

* Swelling
* Numbness
* Weakness
* Feeling sore after working out

With joint pain however, you most likely have pain from the joints rubbing against each other because the cartilage has been thinned over time. It could also be that ease of joint movement has decreased because important lubricants that used to exist in abundance are have been depleted.

One more thing to consider is where your muscles are located. If you have finger joint pain; it will not be due to joint muscle pain because y our fingers do NOT have muscles. They consist of joints, tendons and bones. Treating a sore hand like you would treat a muscle injury will not work (although ice may work initially).

You can take pain killers for muscle pain and for joint pain relief and they will work fine. But for long-term repair of muscles and/or joints, it is important to know which treatments will relieve the pain as well as repair the muscles and joints. And that's why there is now an excellent site dedicated to Joint Pain Relief.
