Joomla Real Estate Component Reaches Beta

Intellectual Property, a Joomla real estate and property management component developed by the Thinkery LLC, has entered a beta phase.

(Free-Press-Release.com) September 13, 2009 -- Coeur d'Alene, Idaho (FPRC) September 14, 2009 -- The Thinkery, LLC has announced the beta release of its Intellectual Property real estate and property management component for the Joomla content management system (CMS).

Intellectual Property (http://iproperty.thethinkery.net), created with input from multiple industry professionals, is designed to make it extremely easy for independent real estate agents, brokers and property management companies to upload and maintain a database of listings, including photo galleries, supplementary documents and map information, without programming, from a user friendly web-based administrative console.

With a wide variety of configuration options and an intuitive and powerful AJAX-powered map search, Intellectual Property empowers end users and eliminates website maintenance expenses. Search engine optimization is built into the product, and automatic PDF flyer generation for each property saves hours of administrative time.
