JPL Brings Art Director on Board

JPL added even more muscle to its creative team with the addition of Art Director Angela Moramarco, who comes to the company from a top New York City advertising agency.
In her role, Moramarco will provide art direction, concept and strategy for interactive, social media and mobile experiences.

“Angela is passionate about strategy and design and knows how to create brand experiences across all media. We look forward to leveraging her diverse experience with international brands,” said Mary Pedersen, creative director at JPL. “Angela will bring fresh ideas to our work and create great results for our clients,” she added.
Moramarco recently served as art director at Mr. Youth, just rated the #7 Best Places to Work by AdAge. Mr. Youth is a fast-growing social media and experiential marketing agency that concentrates on strategy, word-of-mouth, social interaction, and tangible experiences for the youth consumer. Moramarco worked on campaigns for top companies including MSN, Bing, Old Navy, Blackberry, Crayola, Clorox, Ford and Coke. Prior to her work at Mr. Youth, Moramarco was associate art director at S&H and an art director at Pavone in Harrisburg.

Moramarco has received numerous awards, including the One Show Pencil Award for package design and the Outstanding Achievement Award at the Savannah College of Art and Design.
A native of Harrisburg, Moramarco holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in communication design and is working towards a Master of Fine Arts in advertising design from Savannah College of Art and Design.
