Attention: To Whom It May Concern (mass-media editors and some other persons)

Dear Sir or Madam:

Now you won't spend much time if you decide to look at some famous Russian persons (such as movie stars, sportswomen, and models, among others) in their very interesting beauty. We are sending you a comprehensive list of websites that contain those photos freely available. You can find this list below, after the signature. You can use these photos at your discretion, for various purposes. You could also find contact information for those famous Russian persons over Internet, or, should you be unable to find email or mailing address for a specific famous person over Internet, you should be able to find them using online Russian White pages.

You also know that such sites exist not only in Russia.

With this message, I would like to send an interesting food for thought.

All over the world, during the past three decades, women were slowly "assimilated" into the armies of world's countries. So their average "share" in the world's armies grew from practically zero to about 10 percent. Of course, women who serve in the armies are in most cases more positive beings than those doing wrong things, such as exposing themselves on "adult" photos and in "adult" videos; but, why did it take so long to "assimilate women" into world's armies? Wouldn't it be much cleverer to draft them, just like men are drafted? Let us imagine an army where serve about 1 million troops, of which have to be women ( is that reasonable share to which we have come now, after about 30 years of efforts). Our hypothetical army has 400 thousand professional soldiers and officers, of them 360 thousand men and 40 thousand women, or 370 thousand men and 30 thousand women, or perhaps 375 thousand men and 25 thousand women; and the rest have to be called up. So, a total number of troops to be drafted is 600 thousand. Now it was and is possible to make a proportion and decide how many men and women have to be drafted. Finally, women are not so much different from men; but, of course, nobody is going to force them to load their backpacks with 100 pounds of military stuff.

There was little need in slow "assimilation" of women in the world's armies. This could be done within 1 year, via a reasonable draft -- like described above or perhaps a little differently. This shows that governments of the world have committed a serious mistake. (This is not the only serious mistake that was committed by various governments of the world.)

We won't need many efforts to show this. Just a very recent example:

Founder of Wikileaks Julian Assange has been arrested when he voluntarily went to Scotland Yard to talk with the investigators. And, the charges that he is facing are the claims of two women who say he had raped them. Interestingly, who is going to come voluntarily next time to talk with the investigators, if many people (including people who commit crimes) now know how Mr. Assange (a presumably very famous criminal) has been treated? He came to have a conversation with the investigators about those serious Wikileaks crimes, and instead found out that he is charged with rapes, and that Sweden wants his extradition. We won't mention here that there is no evidence that Mr. Assange had committed the rape crimes that he is accused of. If there were such evidence, Sweden would have requested to extradite him much earlier, way before the scandal with Wikileaks. (There is nothing wondrous that Assange now became almost a hero. Even a top UN official gave him his support.

Governmental agencies acted a little too unprofessionally. "Assimilation" of women into various armies also was not much professional!)

What can happen next? The people who commit crimes will probably not be coming to a police station or headquarters and confess, as they will know that they could well be arrested, just like Julian Assange was, on some very different charges (and those charges could well be of such nature that there could be no evidence that they committed those crimes). Or they could come to make false confessions (for example, person X committed some crimes, but person Y comes to "confess" and blame it on himself or herself, assuming person Y is sure he or she will receive some valuable "gift" as compensation for the years which he will spend in prison after he makes such confession). In any case, there could be fewer confessions than have taken place before.

Here we again have an example of very erroneous actions by the British and Swedish governments (that is, their departments responsible for criminal prosecution). Yet these are not among the most unprofessional governme
