Ms. Montgomery has two advanced real estate designations, the GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) and the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and holds a Master's degree in business marketing. Prior to becoming a real estate broker in 1997, Julie worked in corporate marketing for 10 years in Denver, San Diego, and Las Vegas.

She began her professional career in 1992 as a sports writer and editor in her home town of Pueblo, Colorado.
