Growing up in Cynthiana Kentucky, I knew that gardening was my thing. I have taken it to the extreme at times, and have had many successes and failures in the art of gardening. I created my book, Secrets of a Kentucky Gardener, to help myself and others get a grip on their landscape; so they could reap the rewards as I do. I took 10 years and followed the seasons through, and now I have a complete journal of timely events for anyone in Kentucky. Secrets of Tennessee Gardening, my second book, caters to the "Volunteer State" gardener.
My books are so timely, and USDA Zone specific, you need only to read the month or chapter you are presently in to create a great landscape all year round. I have included tons of lore, poetry, and quotes for extra entertainment, in case pruning bores you? My new book, Grimy, Grubby Gardening, caters to the young gardeners and teaches them how to grow nature from the ground up.
Hello and thanks for stopping by. I am pleased to announce my third book Grimy, Grubby Gardening. I am very excited about this new book as it teaches children of elementary age all they need to know about loving and cultivating the Earth.
