There is a lot of potential money in the cab bonuses especially with the differences.
The residual, you make anywhere between 2-5.5% on your entire organizations monthly gold volume. You also make the difference. So if one of your reps is at the 2% level and has 100 people below him on the 100 euro a month contract. Your rep would make $2000/month and you would make $3500/month from that 1 rep. The bonus pools are really for the leaders. KB takes some of their profits and put money into global bonus pools. As your monthly gold volume of your team grows, you will earn shares in the pools.
