Keil Lasik Vision Center donates to Bid for Bachelors & Bachelorettes

Grand Rapids, MI, February 3rd, 2010: Dr. Michael Keil of the new Keil Lasik Vision Center has made a donation to the Bid for Bachelors & Bachelorettes in order to raise awareness about this upcoming event that helps children and young adults in Grand Rapids who have cystic fibrosis. Bid for Bachelors & Bachelorettes is a date auction held each year by Friends & Families of Cystic Fibrosis. The event will take place Saturday, February 6 at the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park. Dr. Keil and his staff encourage everyone to participate in the event.

“It means a great deal to me because I have a friend living with cystic fibrosis,” Dr. Keil said. “This is a wonderful event that raises a lot of money and awareness for those with this disease. It’s also a fun and exciting way to connect with others in the community. I highly recommend that everyone attend.”

Dr. Keil has recently taken over the now former LasikPlus facility as the new owner and director. Dr. Keil had been the director of the LasikPlus facility since it opened. He has had a long and highly successful career as a laser eye surgeon, has performed thousands of surgeries and is ranked as one of Michigan’s most experienced Lasik surgeons.
