Ideally, this will be a digital download, if you have a physical product that you can provide to members at no cost (not even postage) then go for it! Examples are e-books, MP3 recordings of an interview or of you sharing your knowledge, software, graphics, How to videos etc. related to WP & Blogging,IM.
Remember though - you must have the legal right to Giveaway whatever you contribute. If you are the owner of the product, then you have the right to give the product away.
If you are not the owner, make sure you have the give-away rights to the product.
Most importantly, only give away something that is valuable enough to pay for. This is your reputation you are building here!
