Kids Yoga Develops Confidence, Self-Awareness, Creativity

Cincinnati, Ohio, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) July 18, 2011 -- CINCINNATI—Yoga teaches children to draw on their own resources and develop inner and outer strength, focus and concentration. This summer, yogahOMe is offering a special workshop to revitalize kids in the last few days of their summer breaks before they head back to school.

“This playful environment into mindfulness and movement is a great way to front-load the school year,” said owner Katy Knowles. “We have an amazing staff this year to facilitate a great experience for all who partake.” 

Kids will explore yoga, meditation and breathing techniques with theme-related art, music and movement in one of two sessions.

Session I runs August 1-5 at the Oakley studio, and Session II runs August 8-12 at the Symmes studio. Classes will run from 1-4pm, Monday-Friday for both sessions.

Tuition: $249 (per child, per week) 50% discount for siblings
