Kirkland’s Element 5 Fitness Launches "21-Day Fat Loss Success Sprint" Boot Camp
Kirkland’s Element 5 Fitness Launches “21-Day Fat Loss Success Sprint” program to help Kirkland and Eastside residents burn more fat in 2010.

On January 5, 2009, one of Kirkland’s most well known personal training companies, Element 5 Fitness, begins accepting registrations for their new “21-Day Fat Loss Success Sprint” Boot Camp. The boot camp will be held at the Element 5 Fitness Training Center located at 11626 Slater Ave Ne, Suites 4 & 5, Kirkland, Wa 98034. The boot camp runs for 45-minutes on Monday through Friday 5:30am and 6:15am; Monday through Thursday 5:30pm and 6:15pm; and Saturday’s at 9am.
Fitness boot camps are exploding across America for two synergistic reasons:
