A new real estate projects is expected to take place starting in August 2011 as a sort of offshoot from our administration and to a joint venture of forty ownership shares. It has made me think a lot about the leading factors of property development and possible knowledge base from all around this experience and knowledge available. It got me at this late evening hours that are determined to write a dialogue and a development perspective as a kind of debate forum for interests in real estate.

As we all are aware of it, it should involve a wide range of missions and tasks, within a relevant time horizon to develop a fully functional apartment block in an appropriate area.

As we already know, is the great challenge of the time we have, in that the one for me perceived short period to assist this development will need a very well thought out plan is generated and implemented. If we simply must be able to implement such a most relevant development plan for the project when it feels like so that a simple building sketch could be a step in this process that will take shape under the leadership of the Commission in its entirety.

Since we are seeking to acquire the land from the state or municipality for that purpose, I think it might be a good suggestion to start with visualization map in that respect.

I can see that we hived off and acquired a plot of land suitable for six buildings with 37 apartments. In a new center core or at the edge of a new downtown core, we design later on a real family, and business-friendly home environment with a variety of community development in a shallow thought, in access to the specific management. It may not be what everyone is quite so convinced is the most economically viable offer in this building.

The economy should be developing its character and future direction and the property shall then also for a long time function with the management as a high yield and economic security for future projections.

The concept that was started to design a full-scale development of an entire contract must therefore encourage the development of economically competitive housing adapted for an intended market segment. Again, it is the time frame for planning, which is in any case hetero to streamline the activities. There is a large bureaucracy, with such a comprehensive engineering assignment.

This is also the task which we undertake for that is initially a very intelligent design later to incorporate the concept and the basic tools which we can feel is representative for the major infrastructure projects associated with mining projects in particular. If we successfully established features from the resources we do so provided such a structure should be adapted in the practical sense of a functioning concept.

But this will first require an external funding for additional activities to a whole achieve the desired result and one intended level of profile and domestic environment. When the concept as a whole is designed and analyzed, also a practical implementation process begins on a dialogue, but so far we are content with the proposals and opportunities that could provide risk analysis and the design safety. We must soon form thus contract reservations that are to our benefit in Kiruna today.
