Why Kissed by KC?

Our journey started in 2006 when our founder and candle guru Kristi Shanks, lost her father to kidney disease, a battle he fought for 26 years. After his passing, a lifelong dream was reignited in her to pursue her passion of helping people understand how to prevent kidney failure. She combined this effort with her love of candles. After several years of research and testing, Kristi found a candle company who shared the same vision, ethics and quality craftsmanship she was looking for. She continued on her quest to provide boutique worthy products and began searching for a reputable, eco friendly packaging company.
