Catalyst Technology Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Betsy Kissinger to the position of Customer Service Specialist.
“Betsy joined our company nearly three years ago as a part-time accounts receivable representative and has gradually taken on an increasing amount of client-facing and internal responsibilities, which she has excelled at,” said Neil Issa, Catalyst CEO.
Betsy will be responsible for addressing all client requests and concerns, including coordinating requests with Catalyst’s sales, service, and accounting teams.
“I’m happy to be part of such a great team,” said Betsy. “We’re stepping up our game, working together to make Catalyst an even stronger company than it is now. Part of my new role will be to make sure our customer’s experience from start to finish exceeds their expectations. I’m really excited to help make that happen.”
