Kitchen Engine Goes Extreme with Extreme Chef Winner Chef Amadeus Chef Amadeus to be featured as a special guest chef at Kitchen Engine in Spokane, Washington

Most of us would fail but not the Winner of Food Network's Extreme Chef Episode 1 Season 1, "Mexican Showdown." Cooking extreme is just another day at the office for Chef Amadeus who will be a featured chef at the Kitchen Engine in Spokane, Washington, December 6th 2011.

"This is a great time for me to really showcase my talent to the great people of Spokane," says Chef Amadeus. Chef believes Spokane is a city with a great pallet and will appreciate the style of cooking he brings to the table. Unlike most Chefs, Chef Amadeus comes with his own specialized brand of salt-free spices and even bigger personality to match. Chef's motto is to engage the audience visually, tastefully, and provide a "bumping good time."

The Kitchen Engine was opened August 3, 2006 by the Eric Fickle and family. Eric and his partners brought an open mind and lots of creativity to store. Their goal was to furnish all chefs, cooks and want to be cooks with the very best in kitchen gadgets, cookware and appliances. The Kitchen Engine hosts, monthly events that include live cooking classes and demos. Chef Amadeus will be featured in the December 2011 monthly event.


About Chef Amadeus
Chef Amadeus was raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He grew up cooking with his grandmother who was from Puerto Rico and mother from Philadelphia. This is where he acquired his love of creating his tasty creations. Chef has been formally cooking for 15 years. He gained some of his experience in the Navy. Chef has had the privilege of working in some of the finest establishments in the world. Now an entrepreneur, Chef has launched his own salt-free spice line called Southern Passions.
