Kleiman & Evangelista Vision ICL

Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) November 18, 2010 -- I am Staci Williams, a histology technician from the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I spend my days cutting tissue sections, and preparing slides for doctors to review. You can usually find me hunched over a microscope, with my glasses hanging off the end of my nose. Having bad vision while trying to look through a microscope was no fun, it made me slow and less efficient. I finally made up my mind to do something about my bad eyesight.

I decided to try out Kleiman Evangelista Eye Center because I heard two of my

co-workers talking about them. They both had their Lasik procedures done at Kleiman Evangelista Eye Center and were very happy with the results. When I went in for my Lasik evaluation, Dr. Evangelista immediately let me know that I did not qualify for the Lasik procedure because my corneas were too thin. I was very disappointed, but Dr. Evangelista quickly let me know I had other options. He then told me about the Visian ICL procedure. Dr. Evangelista explained the entire Visian ICL procedure process, and it seemed like a great alternative for me.

When I went to the Kleiman Evangelista Eye Center for my Visian ICL procedure, I was very impressed with the staff; they were so warm and welcoming. The facilities were very organized, and I was amazed at the quality of care and concern Kleiman Evangelista had for all their patients. Dr. Evangelista was wonderful, caring and very easygoing. I could tell by the way Dr. Evangelista talked to me that he really cared about me as a patient, and every minute I spent with him was enjoyable. Dr. Evangelista made sure to include my husband in everything he was doing, so my husband would be comfortable and feel at ease with my procedure.

Now that my vision has been restored, my life has completely changed. The most impressive thing about having the Visian ICL procedure is to wake up in the middle of the night and be able to see the time on the alarm clock. Now, this may not sound like a big deal, but for me this was huge! I was so excited just to be able to get up in the middle of the night, and go to the restroom without running into anything. It’s the little things that make the big difference.

Also, I love being in and around the water. Now that my vision is 20/20, I cannot wait to dive in, snorkel and see the beautiful fish without the hassle of contacts or glasses. I am looking forward to my contact-free vacation next summer! Thanks to my Visian ICL procedure, Dr. Evangelista and the Kleiman Evangelista Eye Center, I am living my dreams.
