Since its inception 25 years ago, Kolesar & Leatham has been a full-service law firm, representing a variety of clients with business and corporate interests throughout the world. The law firm is a leader in areas of banking, bankruptcy, real property, administrative law, business and corporate law, commercial litigation, construction law, and tax and tax litigation.

Kolesar & Leatham Government Affairs will offer current and new clients expert lobbying and public policy counsel. The new firm will supplement the legal expertise offered by the law firm’s attorneys, including former Nevada Governor Robert List, in the area of government affairs.

Longtime Nevada-based political and public affairs experts Robert Uithoven and Patrick McNaught will manage day-to-day operations as partners of the new government affairs firm, working with the law firm’s managing partners, Robert Kolesar and Nile Leatham.

Uithoven most recently served as the founder and president of Nevada-based political consulting firm j3 STRATEGIES, Ltd., which launched in 2007. He has managed clients in Nevada’s leading industries, as well as a number of elected officials and candidates for public office.

McNaught currently works for Colliers International in Las Vegas and has been a successful entrepreneur and real estate broker in Southern Nevada since 1997. His reputation, business background and close relationships will undoubtedly benefit the clients that the firm serves.
