As you know, we live in an area of the country that, unfortunately, has an extremely high crime rate. We knew that we wanted a protection dog: however, our situation was unique in that we have two small children and two college-age children. When I contacted you with my "wish list" for the perfect dog for our family, I was certain that I was presenting you with exactly that - a wish. We needed a dog that would be patient with our daughter (age 4) and our youngest son (age 5). We needed a dog that we could take to soccer games and birthday parties. We needed a dog that would protect us in the event of a break in, act as a deterrent and eat the bad guys. We needed a dog that would be smart enough to realize that when our older boys came home from college and were wrestling with their younger, squealing siblings there is no cause for alarm, please don't eat them. In short, we wanted a Ninja Teddy Bear, with a black belt in Dog. We got him. The pictures say it all. The picture of Jam alone, is a snapshot if him doing his job. He is simply sitting in the back yard, watching "his" babies. And, yes, he was smart enough to realize within seconds that our older children are part of the pack. Thank you.”
