Mr. Niembro is the tenth broker to join TOPMexicoRealEstate.

Mr. Niembro is the founder and owner of Ajijic Real Estate, which serves the Lake Chapala Real Estate area. He has been offering his professional services to this area for more than 15 years - in 1990 he moved to Ajijic and shortly after founded Ajijic Real Estate. Mr. Niembro holds a degree in business administration from Valle de Atemajac University in Guadalajara and has years of experiences in business management in California.

In the Lake Chapala Real Estate community, Mr. Niembro is an active contributor to improving the quality of real estate service. He has served in various positions in the Lake Chapala Real Estate Board, in Grupo Inmobiliario del Lago (GIL) and in the Mexican National Board of Realtors, in which he has served as the President of the Lake Chapala chapter. He is a member of AMPI, National Association of Realtors’ International Section and a Certified International Property Specialist. He has contributed to the Guadalajara Chamber of Commerce, Chapala branch, serving as President.
