An Office Support Specialist’s pay rate according to Washoe County is approximately $19/hr. Before her employment with Washoe County under its Affirmative Action Program, Falisa Gean Hilliard worked for almost three years in Housekeeping at the former Reno Hilton. Her Housekeeping Supervisor was Pam Watts.

Falisa Gean Hilliard is Black. According to people I spoke with at Washoe County, “Ms. Hilliard always Pulls the Race Card.” That it’s never her fault, “it’s always someone else’s fault.” That Falisa Gean Hilliard is “unreliable, not too bright, and even a liar.” One described her as “a slut.” One man said he’d had a very brief affair with Falisa Gean Hilliard after she came on to him that he quickly ended when he realized, “She’s just looking for guy to screw away his money. Whether as tricking him into being a Daddy or suing him for discrimination, she’s bad news. Only in something for herself. Doesn’t even love Khalid, only had him for the welfare she collects off him.”

According to Washoe County District Health Department Certificate of Live Birth No. 96 015680, Falisia Gean Hilliard, maiden name Clark, and Jerry Cornelius Huddleston are the parents of one Khalid Muhammad Shabazz Huddleston, born August 12, 1996. The records document the claim that Falisa Gean Hilliard deliberately had an illegitimate child, and kept him illegitimate, so that she could draw welfare.

According to Social Security records, Falisa Gean Hilliard, born January 18, 1965, receives a Social Security Retirement, Survivors and Disability Insurance monthly benefit of $892 on behalf of Khalid Muhammad Shabazz Huddleston from the death of Jerry Cornelius Huddleston. The Social Security checks for Khalid M S Huddleston are direct deposited into Falisa Gean Hilliard’s West Star Credit union account number 2476606.

Falisa Gean Hilliard’s brother is William Bernard Clark, Jr. of 3200 Joy Lake Road, Reno, NV 89511, 775-849-9878.

Falisa Gean Hilliard lived at 315 Westbrook Ln., Reno, NV 89506 from August 1995 to July 2005. Her landlord was Gerald Overstreet of 765 Winston St., Reno, NV 89512, 786-4129. According to Reno District Court public records RSC-2007-001942, Falisa Gean Hilliard signed on July 9, 2005, a two-year lease for 9450 Autumn Leaf Way, Reno, NV 89506, ending July 31, 2007. Falisa Gean Hilliard wrote on her Application to Rent or Lease, the occupants were to be her, her fiancé, and her son.
