(Free-Press-Release.com) July 22, 2011 --
Recent record heat wave throughout southern Ontario has resulted in a explosion of Japanese Beetles never before seen throughout many Toronto neighbourhoods.
Applewood Acres Gardening & Landscaping Inc, recommends homeowners use a simple mixture of dish washing soap, mixed with luke warm water to be sprayed throughout foliage that has been invaded by the Japanese Beetle.
The Beetles will not like the soapy film and move on to other areas in the neighbourhood. Repeat this spraying process at least every other second day for a week. Applewood recommends spraying late evening when the beetles are most active.
