Largest Outreach Technology Agent Takes Equity Position in Company

Outreach Technology, LLC, announced today that its largest sub-agent, Telecom Decision Makers, Inc. (TDM) has acquired a substantial portion of the equity of Outreach.

Naples, FL “ February 27, 2013 “ Outreach Technology, LLC, a master telecommunications agency and developer and distributor of cloud computing products , announced today that its largest sub-agent, Telecom Decision Makers, Inc. (TDM) has acquired a substantial portion of the equity of Outreach. The acquisition will allow Outreach to broaden its service offerings to include sales and customer service support essential for competing in the Small and Medium Business marketplace. On October 28, 2012, TDM was named Outreach's ˜Agent of the Decade'. By joining the resources of the two companies, the Outreach agent now has access to a unique set of sales tools, vender contracts, and outstanding customer service to move up the ladder with higher volume customers.
