http://www.morganstjames-author.com The Las Vegas Review Journal recently profiled St. James in a Living Section article entitled “Sisters’ bond is no mystery.” During the interview, she discussed writing with a long distance partner…her real-life sister, Phyllice Bradner, and how their mother's illness brought them together. The result? While moving their mother to assisted living, the sisters conceived the the idea of writing a zany mystery series. They have bonded as best friends as a result. Many of their zany characters and funny situations are inspired by family members, friends and memories of goofy situations.
The first novel in the series, A Corpse in the Soup, was named Best Mystery Audio Book 2007 by USA Book News. The second book, Seven Deadly Samovars, was recently released. A third book, Vanishing Act in Vegas,is in the works.
