Last two industrial units to let/for sale at City Park Industrial Estate, Glasgow

Both units, which have been fully refurbished, extend to 5,000 sq ft and are available to purchase at £300,000 or to lease at £5 per sq ft.

Alan Gilkison, partner at Ryden, said: “Supply of 5,000 sq ft within the city boundary is very limited and, despite a steady level of demand for this size of unit, there has been little new development in recent years to alleviate the pressure.
