(January 05, 2012) - Sterling Cross Creative, a leading branding and package design firm to the wine and spirits industry, announces its new name: Sterling Creativeworks. “It’s been an interesting process, rebranding our own firm,” says founder and Creative Director, Cynthia Sterling, “and we’re excited about how our new name captures our strategic approach to design. By incorporating “works” into the name, we’re helping people understand the deep thinking that goes into crafting design that truly engages and connects with consumers. It’s not just about making it pretty.”

The firm’s all-new website, SterlingCreativeworks.com, displays a comprehensive portfolio of their work including packaging for Diageo, Treasury Wine Estates, and Chandon. Sterling Creativeworks has developed brand identities and package designs for such marketplace leaders as Rosenblum, Wente Vineyards and Sutter Home. “In my twenty-five years specializing in wine and spirits design I’ve seen radical changes in consumer buying patterns, and an explosion in the number of brands competing in our category.
