Leander Paes walks the ramp for a charity show wearing a Lecoanet Hemant creation at Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week

(Free-Press-Release.com) February 20, 2012 -- Delhi, 18th February 2012: Australian Grand Slam winner and TennisSuperstar Leander Paes lit up the ramp at the recent WILLS LIFESTYLE India Fashion Week organised by FDCI for a charity organisation in a sharp white tux created by ace fashion designer duo Lecoanet Hemant.

Leander along with others stepped forward to support an awareness campaign by YOUCANFREE.US, a humanitarian non-profit organization founded by Sujo John against human trafficking. At the special show, also titled ’You Can Free Us’, Leander Paes walked the ramp with a rescued girl from Delhi’s Red Light area during a special show, wearing the Lecoanet Hemant design.
After the fashion show, Leander said, “I am wearing a Lecoanet Hemant creation today. They have a couture background and I love the clean cuts and excellent finishing and I am glad to have done this for such a good cause"
Speaking about the show Hemant from Lecoanet Hemant said, “I was honoured to dress Leander Paes for the noble cause I truly believe in and wish his voice reaches to many people.” Another of the Lecoanet Hemant designs at the show was the brown tulle gown, complete with a veil and thorn-crown.

Apart from the designs at the show, Lecoanet Hemant, have offered support the victims by providing them job opportunities at the brand’s factory units, to help them rehabilitate themselves, while staying independent and start a fresh new chapter in their lives.
