The Alliance Française of Los Angeles is a dynamic educational and cultural nonprofit organization that serves the Greater West Los Angeles and West San Fernando Valley areas. Their mission is to promote the knowledge of French and Francophone culture as well as to encourage interaction amongst Francophone and American people through educational programs and cultural events. The Alliance of Los Angeles has classes for all levels and interests. Their programs feature native-fluent, experienced teachers who create a lively and highly interactive dynamic in small group classes (4-6 students). Classes meet in their offices, which are conveniently located on the corner of Santa Monica and Beverly Glen in Century City. Soon, private sessions will also be offered over the Internet, using new technologies. Soraya Garre, creator of the ‘Oh La La’ webisode will be teaching those lessons.
“Oh La La, I Speak French!” has also teamed up with Le Clafoutis restaurant. This restaurant has now become the new location for a lot of scenes of the webisode – where the characters of Miss Nini, Melle Soso, Pierre 1, Pierre 2 and Co. like to hang out!

What’s next on the ‘Oh La La, I Speak French!’ agenda? First of all, the online posting, mid-May, of Episode 4 entitled ‘Oh La La, I Have to Pay!’. Also, audio recordings will soon be available on the site, along with written lessons corresponding to the lessons taught in each video. And finally, the Oh La La cast will be entertaining the audience at the Alliance Française Open House evening On May 13th. Free food, ohlala T-shirts to win and a fun time with the cast to be expected!
