Land back on your right foot. Step forward with your left foot and jump off your right foot in the air. Continue this all the way down to the court.

· Box drill: you need a room or a flat surface area for this exercise. Make four spot in the room like in a square shape. Now first stand on the first spot and jump to the second spot with full power and strength and must insure that your legs are straight and keep them together. Repeat this for the third and fourth spot. You can change your root by trying clockwise root.
