Lee Byers Plans Enterprise-Wide Transition To iOS

There is no sense bucking the trend."

The anticipated iPhone 5 along with the associated 5th generation of Apple's mobile operating will introduce a new messaging platform named iMessage. It is expected to match Blackberry's BBM capabilities feature for feature and add a number of refinements not available on any current handset or tablet device.

The yet to be announced (and unnamed) 5th generation iPhone is expected to be released in September. Unsourced rumors also hint at the possibility of a new iPad in the same timeframe.

"We are all looking forward to the new hardware and the expanded functionality," said Mr. Liu. "We have evaluated all options and the Apple line wins hands down."
