LENNAR NAMES DAVID RAYNES NEW REGIONAL COUNSEL

(Free-Press-Release.com) January 22, 2010 -- RALEIGH, N.C.- (January 20, 2010) – Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, is pleased to announce David Raynes as its new Southeast Regional Counsel.

Based in the homebuilder’s Raleigh Division office, Raynes will be responsible for legal and operations support for Lennar Divisions in the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic States.

Raynes comes to Lennar from Centex Homes where he served as Regional General Counsel focusing on land acquisition and claims management matters for ten years. Prior to Centex, Raynes was a partner in a Charlotte-based law firm providing services for national and local developers and homebuilders.

Raynes attended the University of North Carolina and received his law degree from UCLA.

He currently resides in Chapel Hill with his wife, Dorothy, an Operations Manager with IBM.
