Lennar Releases New Townhomes At Hawthorne Ridge Community In Lancaster, Pennsylvania

The homebuilder currently has released the first 22 townhomes in the community that are available for purchase.

One opportunity that is quickly coming to an end is the government first-time homebuyers tax credit of up to $8,000. There is no re-payment, but buyers need to act quickly as this tax credit opportunity expires in November. Lennar is also assisting eligible buyers if the home does not qualify for the tax credit by offering to take $8,000 off the sales price of the home.
