The candid portraits form part of a private collection of Polaroids taken between 2000 and 2010 by renowned casting director Douglas Perrett. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was described as having an upbeat personality with 'her eye on the bigger picture'Perett claims Kerr was continually overlooked at the start of her career, in favour of a fellow model she would attend castings with.
Douglas Perrett told New York Magazine: 'She would always do her castings with her blonde friend, another Aussie who would always get the job.

'She never booked the jobs.' The models propelled to stardom after starring in the Victoria's Secret showBut it seems the industry woke up to the 28-year-old's talents as she now has a Victoria's Secret contract under her belt, as well as countless catwalk gigs.But Perett claims Rosie had an 'upbeat character' and 'seemed to have her eye on the big picture'.He didn't, however, think much of Swanepoel.
He said of the 23-year-old: 'Didn't like her; Found her very Barbie-like.'

The pair have since both been snapped up by Victoria's SecretPerett also commented on model Chanel Iman's young age, saying: 'Realised how young these kids are.
