"Let's Talk Politics - Meet the Candidates Night" a huge success

(Free-Press-Release.com) May 7, 2010 -- The Republican Club of East Polk County's "Meet the Candidates Night" at Grape Expectations was better than expected.

Tuesday night's Republican Club of East Polk County's inaugural "Let's Talk Politics - Meet the Candidates Night," conducted at Grape Expectations Wine Bar, drew an overflowing crowd.

Republican candidates running in a variety of Central Florida races met, mingled and talked politics with potential constituents from across Polk County. The May 4th event was the first in a series that are scheduled to take place from May through the November 2010 elections.

Future "Let's Talk Politics - Meet the Candidates Nights" are planned for the first Tuesday of every month. The social get-togethers will take place from 5:00 - 7:00 PM, at the Grape Expectations Wine Bar, 5535 Cypress Gardens Blvd., Winter Haven.

The monthly gatherings are open to the public and will host different candidates at each event.

The Republican Club of East Polk County is the oldest chartered Republican Clubs in Polk County, Florida. The RCEC meets the third Monday of every month at the Best Western – Admiral’s Inn and Conference Center, Winter Haven, Florida. Membership in the Republican Club of East Polk County is open to all conservative minded registered Republicans.
