1.Li-ion battery charging process includes: pre-charging, constant current charging, constant voltage charging, temperature monitoring.
2. Pre-Charge: If the single cell voltage lower than the set voltage value, charge cycle first into the pre-charge time, the general single-cell configuration is less than 3.0V, as long as less than the voltage that is entering the pre-charging time.
3. Constant-current charge: As long as single-cell voltage higher than the set voltage value, the charge cycle into the constant current charging, with the greatest current to charge the battery. The general setting of this single-cell voltage is 3.0-4.2V.
4. Constant Charge: When the battery in the process of charging, the battery voltage reaches the set value, the charge cycle into the constant voltage charging. In the constant voltage charging, the voltage constant and current gradually reduced from the maximum, when the current is reduced to set value, the battery is full. The general set current is 50mA.
5. Temperature control: In the whole process of charging by an external thermistor to accurately determine the temperature of the battery, to achieve real-time monitoring, to avoid the battery temperature is too high or too low, resulting in damage to the battery or the occurrence of the hazard.
6.li-ion battery monomer nominal voltage is generally 3.6V, 3.7V.
7.li-ion battery monomer charging voltage is generally 4.23V-4.26V.
