Lighting at Different Perspectives

As scientifically defined, light is the part of an electromagnetic radiation that is visible to the human eye and is responsible for human to be able to see. On the other hand, as the philosophers used to define, these simply represent hope in man’s life. In all the movies I’ve watched, the actor always says, ‘there’s lights in darkness’, which symbolizes and anticipates good future after a number of hardships.

Literally speaking, these stuffs are those that brighten things or places up. Some of these are the street lights along the roadways in cities. These do not just brighten the way but give it a more alive and pleasant ambience that attracts people to drop by at times.

There is also what we call the ‘Black Lights’ – these are light sources that have these black coating that seem not to glow at the darkness but in fact, the very opposite will happen, despite of the dark coating, these are still capable of shining even in the midst of the darkness but take note of the harmful effects of these to one’s health.

In whatever ways we might define pendant lighting, one thing is the most important and that is the positive connotation that has been attached to this word ever since. As Cornelius Celsus used to say, “Live in rooms full with light” and this simply tells us that a life lived in a place that has lights, the literal and philosophical definition, is a life well-lived.

But if you want to delve into this saying more deeply, you must be able to realize that you cannot live a well-lived life if you do not know what darkness is to begin with. If you are complaining with your existing shadowy and murky environment, then you are assuming that there is no sufficient light in you.

Start in your homes. Your life will really be dim if the environment that you are residing in is dim. Revitalize your world. Utilize lights.
