The networking event will be held Thursday, September 29, from 7:00 am until 8:30 am at the Smith Valley Baptist Church on Smith Valley Road in Greenwood, Indiana.

The event is open to the public and is geared toward small business owners who are interested in learning more about national SBDC program and the free counseling services that are offered right here in Indiana.

"Many small business owners are struggling in this economy. There is a lot of business guidance and counseling available through the Small Business Development Center that many people are not aware of," said Daniel Curry of Indy's Computer Geek. "This is a great opportunity for all of us to learn more about the SBDC and how they can help us develop stronger businesses."

The ISBDC provides one-on-one, confidential, business consulting to help businesses develop and implement strategic plans.Their mission is to have a positive and measurable impact on the formation, growth, and sustainability of small businesses in Indiana, and to develop a strong entrepreneurial community.
