Life is not just an external journey in search of happiness but includes an internal journey in search of meaning. Is the life you’re living too small for your soul? What clear images do you have of the future that you would like to move toward and how will you prepare for the coming transitions in your life? This is the time for potential change, growth, and new learning. Through reflection and curiosity, we will actively define the next steps to address purposes and passions. Participants will complete a “Readiness for Change Inventory,” examine defining life experiences, and engage in small group discussion and goal setting.
Please bring a bag lunch.
