NEWTON, N.J., February 24, 2012- With worldwide album sales topping the 30 million mark and having the distinction of being the first band to have top ten hits for six consecutive years, the Little River Band has always been a force to be reckoned with. 


The group, originally formed in Australia in 1975, is now comprised of band members Wayne Nelson, Greg Hind, Chris Marion, Rich Herring and Mel Watts. In America, the band had huge chart success with the singles Reminiscing, Lady, Happy Anniversary, Help Is on Its Way, Cool Change, Lonesome Loser, and Man On Your Mind among others. 

The Little River Band will be performing at The Newton Theatre on Friday, March 9th at 8 p.m. Individual tickets for the show are on sale now and are $57 for Premium seats, $47 for Orchestra seats and $37 for Balcony seats.
